Växjö Interest Group for Montessori - VIM - is a business association for more than 25 years operating at three kindergartens in the Municipality of Växjö. Overall the association has approximately 130 children and 30 employees in operations. Preschool Director - Vaxjo

In the Montessori preschool Bäckaslöv run VIM preschool for children between 3-5 years and preschool class for six year olds. The preschool class is integrated with Växjö Kommun primary and combined operations include 42 children and seven teachers, incl. preschool director. The cooperation between preschool and the local school has been around for many years and is unique to Växjö.

Current pre-head leaves in the autumn of his position and the Board is therefore looking for suitable successor to him. Pre-school manager supervises the work of his teacher's group but is also actively involved in daily work.

You who seek an educational training ground and a proven record of leadership experience from similar role is required.
