We are looking for a preschool director with the current location of preschools in Järpen and Undersåker.
You have leadership experience and good knowledge of economy, efficiency and monitoring. You are responsive and have good communications skills that create commitment and job satisfaction and have the ability to develop the business. You must keep yourself acquainted with the daily work in pre-and in particular work to develop the business. You will lead, manage, develop and evaluate activities against their objectives and be responsible to the financial framework and results. You will be responsible for operations, personnel, safety and economy.
B license required.
The position is 100% permanent, access to the agreement, individual pay
